No complaints whatsoever!

The staff was extremely friendly and considerate. One of my best hotel experiences.

Radisson was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was good except most of the main dishes were too salty for me. The corn beef, Indian mung beans soup was salty, the Chinese braised beef was salty. The dining tables were dusty and the base of the tables were dirty and needed to be swept. The dining area was always cold in the morning.

Safe, convenient, beakfast buffet great selections. Early check-in for premium member failed, my room was ready however staff failed to notify me.

The business class area dress code for cocktail hour needs to be a bit more lenient on clothing that can be worn. Maybe no clothing with cleavage showing or at least a long skirt and any nice looking shoes no flip flops. Harder for younger people to have fun and take advantage of room privileges that they have paid for.

Hotel was well-maintained and clean. Staff were nice. Upon check out, I saw a sign that we can check out earlier. This should have been mentioned upom checking in to avoid traffic when guests check out, or there should be signs inside the rooms about this. Otherwise, our stay was very memorable and we will definitely be back soon.

I recently encountered a frustrating experience with Radisson Blu regarding a booking issue for two rooms. Due to a network error, the booking was duplicated, and despite informing the hotel at check-in, the staff said any refund would depend on Expedia. Expedia was initially helpful and willing to resolve the issue, but in the end, the hotel manager refused to honor the refund. As a frequent traveler who has even brought my family to stay here before, I expected much better service from a brand like Radisson Blu. Your staff member, Clarisse, even mentioned that this issue has occurred with other customers in the past. If that’s the case, I would have expected the hotel management to have established a more customer-focused solution for similar situations by now. To make matters worse, we didn’t use the second room at all, and yet the hotel refused to issue a refund or even offer a credit voucher—despite the fact that we have another upcoming trip to Cebu. A gesture like that would have gone a long way in maintaining customer loyalty and showcasing your commitment to good service. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will be avoiding Radisson Blu in the future and will advise my network to do the same. This situation has been deeply disappointing, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and revisits how similar incidents are handled in the future.

My go-to place in Cebu! The best in the city

Wonderful staff. Only issue I had was pool was closed. Buffet was above average.

Our stay was great. Convenient as it was right across from an SM mall. The pool was undergoing maintenance while we were there, so we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool during our stay there. Rooms were spacious, and the breakfast buffet had good selection.

Accessible to shopping and dining

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Cebu, and I must say, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is ideally located, just across SM North and a short drive to SM Seaside through the SRP. Being so close to popular tourist spots and a variety of restaurants makes it incredibly convenient, especially if you're looking to explore Cebu. The rooms are spacious, pristine, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. You can really tell that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The concierge and front desk personnel were not only professional but genuinely courteous and attentive. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of promptly, which truly enhanced my experience. A special mention to the event staff—Apple Garcia deserves recognition for her outstanding service and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure that our event went smoothly. And I cannot forget Alexander from Feria. His dedication to delivering top-notch service was truly remarkable. He made every dining experience at the restaurant memorable, always going the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Overall, Radisson Blu Cebu offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Whether you're staying for business or leisure, you won’t be disappointed!

Very reliable staff. clean facility. Huge rooms, never run out of toiletries. Only set back is the pool without water

The hotel food options are excellent. The in room dining was amazing. We will definitely stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel again. They only down side was the pool was closed and there was no other options around. But that was just a very small thing considering everything else about the hotel was amazing.
