Atención correcta. Pagamos para extender la estancia unas horas y nos dejaron estar un par de horas más a las añadidas. Al lado del mar, limpio y buena relación precio/calidad.

Went for the weekend. It is on the main strip so a little loud but you don’t stay on the strip if you don’t want to be quiet. Very clean and the staff are fab

Rooms basic but clean for a few days stay right on the from so remember earplugs if you aren’t in to loud music till 6am Receptionist fantastic

Room wasn’t quite as pictured, very uncomfortable beds, but plenty of amenities in the kitchenette and very nice helpful owners. If you want a party holiday and don’t mind the noise then this would be good.

We had 8 rooms to check in for but the friendly receptionist made this easy. She even returned all our passports to the individual rooms and was very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were ideal for what we needed, clean and equipped. We got sea view rooms which was worth the extra few euros each. The hotel is perfectly situated for getting around Lloret. You do experience some noise late on a night from people along the front but this would be expected at any seafront location. A pleasurable stay which was ideal for 30 people. Would use again. They have no parking within two or three blocks but they do have amazing views. It's quite a party atmosphere, and the pool is quite small but being on the roof it has amazing views of the Mediterranean coastline and the city, inland. It can get full with three or four people in it, so overall not great if you plan to spend lots of times with your kids in the hotel, relaxing by the pool. That being said, the location and views are outstanding, the staff was helpful with tourist tips, the rooms were reasonably clean and did I mention the view? Holy moly. Our room had a kitchenette with a fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave and dishes, and an amazing view.

A lovely stay, excellent location, host very friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again. The roof top pool was small, but that's not a problem as the sea is just across the road. Beautiful roof top views.

Very clean, there are no daily cleaners which personally was a plus for me because I don’t like people touching m things. Staff were very friendly. The views were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is fantastic for the beach and all other amenities, the staff were really pleasant and helpful . The only downside is because it is in such a good location it was very noisy , especially Friday and Saturday night

13 of us stayed here for a stag do. Great location for a group of friends over a weekend. Staff really friendly, my only negative would be the fact the room was not cleaned during the weekend. Roof top pool is great

Great location. Helpful, friendly staff. Noisy but to be expected for the location and i was aware of that before i went so not a problem. Roof top pool a nice addition.

Sea view was amazing

Really enjoyed our stay at the rosanna2017 however door lock could be tricky. Staff always available to help with any queries and would stay there again.

Stayed for a stag doo, Great hotel in centre, best for nightlife/lively holiday. But also good for beach access.

To begin, I didn't stay in this hotel at all as planned. I arrived very exhausted from my trip looking forward to a good shower and some rest to the rudest and most intolerable hotel staff ever. I was told to pay a deposit of 100 euros which I didn't have at the time and the hotel refused to accept a credit card as guarantee.. After several exchanges and being treated as a criminal, I was told the only way then was to cancel my booking with hotel.com. In short it was the worst case of being treated unjustly. The horrible girls relegated threatened to call the police if I didn't pay or leave after an hour of sitting at the lobby. I had a 2 days booking at the hotel with a full payment of 120 euros made via hotels.com. Several attempts to contact hotels.com to intervene proved futile.at the end of the day, I had to leave dejected to find a hostel to spend the holiday as no one came through to me. I have filed a formal complaint with hotels.com and hope my booking would be refunded as I did not stay at the hotel and in fact experienced the worst kind of humiliation ever. As I sat at the lobby, I saw how the two ladies treated other customers, they have no iota of competence or professionalism. They are the worst people anyone can employ asreceptionists. The hostel next door Hostal La Playa is cheap and cheerful with very warm staff. A better choice any day.
