Second time staying at this hotel. The room is spotless, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to the tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, grocery store, pharmacies and one block away from the Plaza Mayor. They serve breakfast downstairs too.

Excellent location, across the street from Plaza Mayor. It is in the heart of Salamanca. All the main attractions are within walking distance. There are also several restaurants and grocery stores around the corner. The hotel is super clean, the beds are comfortable, ac is a plus. We will definitely come back.

Lo único que mo me gustó es que no hay una persona en recepción. La comunicación para el check in era con una aplicación que no funcionó por lo que tuve que hacer el check in por el interfón. Fuera de eso, todo es excelente en relacion al precio. Muy buena ubicación.

Great location right in the centre of town, near Plaza Major. Room and everything fabulous once you get in. Only negative is the weird self checkin and the door wouldn’t open. Luckily the cleaners were there to help, but could be awkward if no one is around to help.

Reservation is dreadful. OKish if you have a Spanish DNI but impossible with a foreign passport. Doesn’t fit the square. Stay nice. Clematis, decor fine. A bit noisy and you can hear the water from other rooms

Right around the corner from Plaza Mayor. Restaurant downstairs (we do not recommend eating there). Room was spacious with big windows that opened up to a view of the bell tower next door. Wifi connection was spotty but overall good value.

I booked a triple room, when I arrived the hotel did not have a triple room available and could only make a double room avalable. As it happens Id stayed in that same double room the night beofre. I was charged twenty euro more. Downright dishonest.

I booked a triple room for 50 euro with this hotel . On the day of the reservation I was told there was no triple room available and I wools have to take a double but still pay them the 50 through hotels . Com. Dishonest.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights usng two reservations . On the first night I was charged 30€ as per the hotels.com reservation . When it came to the second night, for which I had a reservation for a larger room( as that was all that was available as per hotels.com) suddenly the larger room was not available! They would give me the same room as the previous night but now were going to charge me 40€! This is NOT how hotels.com reservations should be run. Go somewhere honest.
