방은 작고 방음이 전혀 안되서 소리가 너무 큽니다. 와이파이 등은 잘되며, 지리적 위치는 좋습니다.

Overall, it worth its price. My room is quite clean. The only issue is room's soundproofing, which is too bad. I could clearly hear people's voice next to my room.

建物自体は古いですが、きれいにリノベーションされておりとても快適でした。 フロントの方も親切・丁寧に対応してくださり、安心です。 夜市にも歩いて行けますし、台湾独特の熱気を気軽に感じることができます。 交通の便や、価格の面でも、とても良いホテルです。

The only complaint is that, the sound proofing need to improve, as I can hear the sound along the corridor and the room beside mine, the rest is fine

Initially it was hard to understand the instructions of checking in, hotels.com only provided their confirmation number whilst doesn't apply for the chase walker hotel. I had to call the customer service hotline of the hotel to be able to check-in. Totally panicked and confused in the beginning.

Easy automated check-in and out system. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. A pleasant stay.

love this hotel because the interior is superb! The bathroom is squicky clean and the location is superb. Near Feng Jia Night Market. Looking for things to eat and shop, stay here and you will like it. Check-in procedure was a little wonky, take some time figure it out. Barcode is the only accessible tool for the lift and room. Once you go out of the building, you have to refresh the barcode in order for you to take the lift and go into your room.

Hotel is pretty clean and cool, in a good location, everything is straight forward that you checked in with the machine but I still encountered some problems when I checked in to my room and I have to call the customer service to resolve the issue. But other than that everything was great.

The system of check in very troublesome.

An all automated hotel... it’s pretty cool, but the rooms gotta be more sound proof! Very convenient place near the feng Jia night market... yet not so close to it. Cuz being at the center of the market might give u problem traveling back to your hotel especially on weekends due to the ridiculous traffic!

Good location. Easy auto check in service, however no baggage storage service provided after check out makes a little inconvenient for customer who needs to travel to another area at a later timing.

Room have drainage smell. Informed but it was not fix. Request towel in the night, but was informed no one working , need to wait.

Quick and easy check in. Room was up to standard however there I could hear some pipes or machine sound whenever the next room is bathing. Not a big deal as it doesnt last long.

Check in was a breeze at the automated machine. Room is clean and tidy.

Check-in was quick and fuss-free with clear instructions provided by the hotel via email. Room was small but cosy and very comfortable! Location was easy to find and close enough to Feng Jia Night Market without the noise. Didn’t get to use the robotic arm luggage storage system but it does seem cool. Overall, a great and comfortable stay, will be back again when I visit Taichung.
