Luxury Hotels in Pratunam, Ratchathewi

This hotel 's location was great but it was so crowded and delayed when we were using the elevator, as a result of there are so many visitors whom are not staying in this hotel are also using the elevator at the same time. Breakfast buffet was OK with various selections. A room was spacious with a million dollar views through the windows but amenities are in need of some TLC.

The room is huge, the view at the restaurant is good. They have vegetarion food on breakfast.

Good location and helpful crew.

Strategic location, a lot of shopping center and food to eat nearby. Close to the BTS station. Helpful staff, he helped us to get van and taxi with meter to the airport. Just keep in mind to contact the staff before you come, give your ETA so he wait for you: d I think I'll stay here again if I come next time.

I will recom this hotel to all my friends.

Overall is good, just only need to be serious cleanliness issue as I noticed the presence of cockroaches in my room. I hope the hotel takes steps to address and resolve this problem to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.".
