hotel locate in central of pratunam market. easy to go shopping and any where in bkk the staff is helpful and room so nice. that why I stay here many times. cheaper than other hotel in same place.

I wouldn't say it was an awesome stay. You get what you pay for. There is a smell once you've entered the room. Room space was ok. The shower area is really small considering I'm quite petite. The basin was leaking due to the pipes not properly tighten. There are baby cockroaches roaming in the room. I killed 3 of them (forgot to snap a photo). Location of hotel is fantastic as it is surrounded with cheap wholesale clothing stores. 7mins walk to platinum. 10mins to palladium night market. There is a famous wantan mee shop about 2mins walk away. A roughly 12mins walk to the best rate currency exchange (super rich). You can get there from platinum fashion mall using the Ratchaprasong A bridge.

It was good 508 (only the air condition was poor), until the third day we stayed there, then we locked out from the room because the door had problem (they said the battery may be low) then we asked to change the room, after waited like 15 minutes, because it seemed they need more time to fix it. The new room was really bad (308) the size of the cabinet was smaller, the bathroom door can not open widely because it stuck by the towel hanger, the ceiling on bathroom was leaked from upstair (this is nasty). But we have no choice. And they charged me 500 baht for losing key, I know it was my mistake but they also had mistakes but they seemed ignore.

the AC very old..sometime too hot..sometimes too cool..the price is expensive for the room like this no good for family or for couples..please find another hotel. The AC Very Old. the room so small..the bathroom so bad.

Room is too small, we cannot take a breathe enough, Hotel receptionist is not helpful, rude. it is hide in Pratunam market. The bathroom is awful and the most dirtiest that I've ever seen. Don't try to book here many nights with online paid. they never refund your money back even you stay here or not. Awful hotel.
