It ' s a wonderful experience to stay here. Mr. Daeng is very friendly and try to accommodate all your needs. Make sure we feel like home. We book for family room. The room is very spacious. There are also wardrobe room, refrigerator, and hair dryer. The location itself is very strategic, behind Tofu Store. It ' s also near Platinum, Pratunam Market, December, Big C, Central World. It ' s worth the money! Will be stay again if back to Bangkok, stay healthy Mr. Daeng!

Strategic location, a lot of shopping center and food to eat nearby. Close to the BTS station. Helpful staff, he helped us to get van and taxi with meter to the airport. Just keep in mind to contact the staff before you come, give your ETA so he wait for you: d I think I'll stay here again if I come next time.

It was an okay staying experience yet, some improvements need to be made. I got a room with no hot water, and they couldn't make the engineering to come fix it. When I arrived, I waited for some time to do the check-in while the hotel couldn't be contacted. All the phone numbers given were useless.

The service is good but the lift is broken so you have to take the stairs to the 4th or 5th floor because the only rooms are on that floor.

Nice rooms, friendly service, but the receptionist is not always on standby in the hotel lobby. The broken elevator is not working, it will be a hassle if you are carrying a large suitcase or an old hotel guest because even if you climb the stairs to the 5th floor, at night the stairs are dark because there are no lights.
