I booked a room with balcony and a double bed and I fully paid for it before I went to the hotel but they said it's fully booked and they have to transfer me to their cheaper hotel closer to the airport. I was so shocked to see my room. Single bed with a small space, no balcony, dirty toilet, not so friendly staffs and too noisy outside(people are walking and shouting). I couldn't even sleep well. I expect a lot from their hotel. It just happened that I have no more choice because it's high season and I have to catch my flight too. When I am about to leave, there are no receptionist/staff to leave my key and even talk to them for some reasons. I was so pissed off that day. Well, thanks for that single night with you. I hope that you can improve more your service. Happy New Year.

Close to the airport, just by foot .. The rooms are spacious, clean, The bathroom is clean, The service is also okay, my HP got left behind, and immediately returned to the room

Very disappointed due to not reading Good details In summary, booking is a combined room, thinking that booking a single bedroom. But as a fan room, to book a room, must read the details well No pick up service at the airport If you want a car to pick up There will be a charge of 200 baht. Possible to walk to the airport will be closer, but the room has 5 beds, unlike in the picture is very hot, no air conditioner. Read the details well. Before booking, do not think that sleeping in a single bedroom Because there is a shared room Suggestions do not book a room. The combined room is thought to have no air conditioning, so you can sleep.
