According to the Electrical interruption at Sawasdee Seaview Hotel, Pattaya that guests are unable to access to the hotel from 01 November 2020 until to onward. After we had prepared to operate an electricity system in order to opening our hotel as the date mentioned, there was cause of power failures in an electricity network lead to damage to electric transmission lines and failure circuit breaker operation. Power failures are particularly critical at sites where the environment and public area at risk. I really want to sincerely apologize for this but please be kind enough to contact me directly, I will personally ensure that your staying will be VIP by upgrading to Sawasdee Siam Hotel,Pattaya and upgrade to next room category. Superior Room will be upgrading to Standard Premier Room. Standard Premier Room will be upgrading to Deluxe Room. We have better amenities than Sawasdee Seaview hotel, such as a swimming pool, parking. It would be appreciated if you could let us know the new period of staying before 16 November 2020. I believed I was extending my stay at Sawasdee Sabai (through your App), but I had to change to this hotel. There were numerous small cock roaches in the room, so I bought surface spray to kill them.

staffs on the night shift did not understand English. I just asked 2 bottles of water in minibar which are free for in house guests, they thought I was talking about some bar in the hotel A lot of water fall down from the roof of toilet. I informed to receptionist. she sent a technician to my room to taking the picture in my toilet. No one to explain or excuse and fix to the problem which was complained

The waiter's attitude is very poor, the lobby attendant smashes the guests, the hot water in the room is faulty, and the hotel is very bad! Eh
