แย่มาก ผู้จัดการโรงแรมปฏิเสธการแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้า ให้คุยกับพนักงานระดับล่าง ไม่ติดต่อกลับ ต้องให้โทรเช็คที่โรงแรมเอง เสียความรู้สึก โรงแรมใหญ่ นึกว่าการบริการจะมืออาชีพกว่านี้ จะไม่เข้าพักอีก

มีความงงทั้งที่ระบบประตูเป็นระบบคีย์การ์ดแต่ให้ใช้กุญแจไขซึ่งเปิดค่อนข้างยากสำหรับเรา ห้องถือว่าใช้ได้ แต่ที่แย่คือหมอนหนุนทั้งสองใบเรามั่นใจเลยว่าแม่บ้านไม่ได้เปลี่ยนรวมทั้งหมอนอิงคือต้องโยนไว้ข้างเตียงเพราะเหม็นมากกก พาลทำให้รู้สึกไม่โอเคกับผ้าปูด้วยเลยกลัวเค้าๆม่ได้เปลี่ยน เป็นครั่งแรกกัยการจองและพักโรงแรมที่รุ้สึกไม่hygiene ตู้เย็นมีที่ทำน้ำแข็งแต่พอจะเอาทำน้ำแข็งปรากฏว่าสกปรกมีคราบน้ำหวานเราเลยเอามาวางไว้ข้างนอกเผื่อแม่บ้านได้ทำความสะอาด ห้องน้ำแม่บ้านไม่ได้ใส่ผ้าเช็ดมือไว้ให้ต้องตามไปขอ ที่จองโรงแรมนี้เพราะมีอ่างอาบน้ำแต่พอจะใช้จริงๆดันกดเก็บน้ำไม่ได้ก็shower ไปสวยๆ มีปัจจัยที่เลือกที่นี่คือมีสระน้ำ ชอบที่ไม่จำกัดเวลาเรากลับมาค่ำแล้วก็ยังลงเล่นได้แต่ที่ควรปรับปรุงด่วนก่อนจะเกิดอันตรายกับแขกคือบันไดขึ้นสระคือจะหลุดไม่หลุดเหมือนรอผู้โชคดีอยู่ โดยรวมคิดว่าต้องปรับปรุงไม่อยากให้คิดว่าบริการตามราคานั้นเข้าใจผิดอย่างมากไม่สมกับอายุโรงแรม เพราะถ้าดูไปproduct ขอโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้ขี้เหร่ถ้าบริหารดีๆจัดการดีๆบริการดีๆก็ถือใช้ได้เลย

key card not working need a key which is old and very difficult to solve The furniture in the room is quite old. The room smells a little. medium cleanliness The location on the road near Lotus is quite convenient, lots of parking, overall giving a medium rating. not very impressed but not that bad Normal, according to the style, is an old school, not renovated. The price is quite high compared to the quality.

There is no room, arriving at 8:00 p.m., still not getting a room, poor management, waiting for a long time, but finally getting a bedroom but not as booked Book a single bed, get a double bed, plus it's a connecting room.

The atmosphere is quiet, not far from the city, but clean, the staff is smiling, but the deep pool can't play. There are tires but not to play. If playing and making a deduction will be fined Food to order is too expensive. Expensive. There are also service fees but the free breakfast tastes good. But overall, the price is ok.
