Didn't you call or follow up to say you weren't staying? This is a book 24-25, but I understand it's a book 25-26 because when looking for a hotel, I chose this date. But went in to check in at 25 and was released to stay.

Elevator dosent work. No cleaning. No water. Thank you traveloka to suggest that kind of bad hotel.

We apologize for the inconvenience because the housekeeper found a do not disturb sign hanging in front of the door and therefore did not come to clean.

Don't go that hotel. Elevator last maintaince is 2021. One elevator was broken 5 days. I user service elevator to go up and down. Very unsatisfied.

The room is very old, has a bad smell, the plug in the kettle must be plugged into the head of the bed. or in the bathroom Very bad breakfast not recommended to stay and will not go to rest again

ประตูห้องน้ำปิดไม่ได้ ห้องอึมครึม ไม่มีช่องดูดอากาศ ฝุ่นเยอะมากๆๆๆๆๆๆ ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดให้เลย พนักงานเข้ามาแค่พับผ้าให้ พาลูกไปพัก ลูกผื่นขึ้นเต็มตัว ส่วนตัวรู้สึกโรงแรมสกปรก ทางด้านบริการอื่นๆ บริการดี
