Hotel is very clean. Arguably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Staff works very hard to present a clean environment. There are spots that need a little paint and minor details like that but I was very pleased with the condition of the property, the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness.

The staff was very friendly. My room was recently updated and clean. The hotel is located across the street from Food & Fire BBQ ( so good!) and Wegman’s. Very close to Binghamton University.

As busy as the area around the hotel is it was quiet inside. The pillows were a bit too soft for me but they gave us each two. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. All in all it was an enjoyable stay!

Nicely renovated and clean but the building is old and our room smelled very musty. Happy that there were no carpets , flooring was tile and laminate . Bed linens were white also, but the mattresses were very squishy, and low to the ground . Not sure how old they were…paid over $200cdn and that it too much.

Comfortable stay and clean hotel. The check in and checkout was quick. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good, had hot sausages and scrambled eggs apart from other regular items. The AC could have been better but it was not bad. The hotel was quiet and worth what we paid for. Definitely will use again.

While renovations have been done and are nice, the bathroom in particular needs upgrades: No shower curtain on a rusted rod, low toilet than ran at odd times, just overall looked dated.
The parking area badly needs to be paved and entrance is awkward coming from the sidewalk.
There should be more handicapped parking too

Room was super smelling. Even the pillows stank like cigarettes. Mold and gunk on the ceiling. Toilet not cleaned. No regard to quite hours: there must have been a travel team staying. Parents camped out in the hallway, drinking and talking loudly at midnight. Kids running up and down the hall and banging on doors until past 1am.
