Staff - The night manage was watching basketball when I arrived and I had to ask him to help me. It was 8:30. The morning manager didn’t look up, say hello, and when I asked if there was hot water for tea, I was told the other lady takes care of that. The breakfast lady was very nice.
Room - Beds sloppily made. I actually smelled the pillows to make certain the cases were clean. No lotion in the pump in bathroom. Nice hot water.
Biggest issues (1) the thermostat is overridden by a management program. You can put it on whatever you want but wake up in the middle of the night and it will be HOT and (2) you will wake up in the middle of the night because light pours in through the window. It creates a wide halo around the edge of the blind because they do not overlap the window.
