I once lived in the local area, and found that the lodging met my expectations. would definitely stay again!

I booked specifically for a bar/restaurant. Hotel has no service on Sundays. Clerk at desk was brand new, very nice, but slow. Room needed a touch up, and a new toilet. Mine was cracked, and flushed weird. Ruby Tuesdays next door was horrible. Find another place to eat... Hotel is right off I-75.

No Quality have pictures. Big spider in tub, tub filthy,open drain,cant take bath.ice machine broken. Front desk person questinable. I have more!!

Great place to stay friendly staff clean rooms

This hotel was great. Clean non smoking rooms. Staff was great. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good. Ice machine worked. Recommend for family’s.

When we checked into our room the toilet wasn’t working however the desk clerk on duty was very nice and upgraded us from a king room to a king sweet. The room was really nice but the shower curtain and bathroom smelled like cat pee so they had to replace the shower curtain and clean the bathroom. Too many people in the pool so we were unable to use the pool during our visit due to a party of about 30 or more. Very disappointing.

I’m only giving an okay review because the staff is amazing and I hate for them to always be the ones to get the backlash. If it wasn’t for the staff I would be giving a poor review. The rooms are not kept up very well at all. Some of them really should be close and renovated but that is not the staffs problem that is up to the building management/owners. I do plan on escalating the issue to them because I’m sure these amazing staff members are getting the backlash from people who have stayed. Some rooms are decent to stay in and others should just be closed. The rooms need to be checked thoroughly for cleanliness before people are staying and housekeeping should be making sure the bedding that is going on should be CLEAN. Again staff is amazing and very accommodating with our issues but unfortunately we just went from one dirty room to one a little less dirty.

Pros: location, fast checking Cons: -elevators not working. -our room seem dirty -someone else's hair in the bathroom - uncomfortable pillows -loud AC Holiday Inns are usually our go to hotels because they are clean, comfortable and most updated. but this one seems like it needs a major renovation. Very surprised by the overall high rating.

Shower curtain had boogers on it!!! Neighbors let their kids slam door all night!!

Got checked in went to my room and it was filthy the elevator didn't work the pool was closed we ask for a top floor so we did t hear anyone above us and when they had to switch floors and once we got in our room it was stomping above us my husband is a ptsd war veteran I had my elderly mother with me this was a very terrible experience
