Holiday Inn Express & Suites MANITOU SPRINGS by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Staff are very nice, breakfast was great. The only recommendation is to put some kind of edging on the bathtub so water does get floor wet. After showering towel and clothes were soaking wet.

Felt safe. Very clean. The area did not have very many restaurant choices.

We eloped at garden of gods and stayed here. It was super close and easy access to everything. Would recommend.

We only stayed one night, but hotel was spotlessly clean and in beautiful condition. Front desk attendant was friendly and very helpful.

Overall, the stay at this Holiday Inn Express was enjoyable, from the breakfast in the morning to the pool and exercise room. The room itself provided ample space for the family, and having a refrigerator was a plus. The location near garden of the gods was convenient. The only negatives relate to the area where the hotel is located. Right across the street was a vacant lot where it appeared a building had been removed, and most of the shops in the area were 'head' shops or liquor stores. We didn't feel unsafe, but the area itself seemed a little run down.

Property is very well-maintained. Staff was very friendly. Whoever takes care of the breakfast every morning takes great pride in their job, you can see it in the presentation. We chose this location because it was close to Garden of the gods and easily accessible to the city area without being in the middle of it. Great day we would definitely return.
