Check in was a breeze even though we were late. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was easy to find and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room temp was easy to adjust. Nice TV! Overall, it was a quality experience.

Air conditioning shuts off without movement in the room so night time it gets hot. Blinds are electric but don’t work the best. The tv didn’t log into Hulu and apps like it said it would.

We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes past our check in time because our room was not cleaned and ready for us when we arrived at 3:00 pm. The girls up front were apologetic and nice but we were frustrated it took that long to clean the room after we just drove many hours to get there. Would have been nice to have our room ready for us at our check in time. Also blindsided by the $40 "incidentals fee" at check in. And I still don't see that given back to me yet.

Well housekeeping stole my iPhone charger after I left it and called before they even cleaned the room to try and get it back only for them to tell me they never found it. Which is a bold faced lie. So be careful, they are not honest there. Overall hotel was nice and the first desk lady Amy was super nice. Pretty bummed they wouldn’t return my charger though.

Was super excited to take my kids for a little overnight shopping adventure but when we arrived it seems the room I already booked and paid for wasn’t even available I paid 60 extra dollars for this room to fit my family comfortably , I was told they’d get me some money back and was never contacted before the employee left I had to even tell my significant other he couldn’t stay because he wouldn’t fit just a huge inconvenience

We were in town for a birthday. The room was nice and clean . We stayed at this hotel only because it advertised food and a bar where we could enjoy our mini trip. The bar was disappointing and very over priced . We had only 2 glasses of wine and it cost us $ 30 The food menu was more like bar food over priced so we passed !. Luckily there was an apple bees less then 4 mins away with great menu ,music .
