Was not what was expecting. Refrigerator was broken. Plugs didn’t work room had a funny smell. And housekeeping never cleaned room nor left towels. When asked for more for 4 only got enough for 2.

They literally gave someone else a key yo my room while i was in there, then proceeded to beqt on my door and and asked if i was smoking. Which i wasnt. Terrible. Ghetto. Dont stay here

When we arrived to the property we realized our room was not fully cleaned prior nose strips left on the walls as well as on the bed post, someone else’s eyelashes on the phone, and fact the sewage was backed up by the second night of our stay, and loud bass noises coming from all around the hotel made it difficult to sleep at night.

They told us we couldn’t park in the garage when we arrived because there was no parking and to park across the street. 5-10 min after we parked we thankfully went back to our vehicle and they had broken into our truck and broke the back passenger window. Apparently everyone checking in was experiencing break ins right after check in. Inside job? Or targeted guests? Then after our truck was broken i to the guy let us park in the garage and there was plenty of parking. Terrible! Do not stay here.

Overall I could see the potential of the property. The carpet was older and a bit musky/dirty. The door and trim had seen better days. The door didn’t shut all the way unless you pushed/pulled on it. No microwave. The linens were stained. I can see why breakfast is popular but could have used some additional seasonal fruit offerings. It looks like the shower area had a recent remodel.

Don't prepay for this hotel stay. Underground parking may or maynot be available when you check in. If not available, you will have to park in lot on street at additional expense in a very high crime area. During my stay, all windows of cars in the lot hotel customers parked in, were broken out and airbags stolen. Local gentlemen cleaning up the glass said this happens on a weekly basis. Also, if you do stay, don't get a room on street side. Doors have gaps, beds right next to doors and extremely loud street noises all night long-probably theives breaking into my truck.

The room carpet was torn and patched up.some areas the wood base was seen. The carpet was DIRTY and I was coughing all night as the carpet might have not been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time. Dust mites for sure. The furniture poorly kept and the veneer had torn off. Bathroom had hair in the shower obviously not cleaned. blood stains on the wall. The shower curtain was one inch shorter and so the water leaked out of the shower. I have some pictures if you want to see.

Convenient location. Good hot breakfast. Front desk was helpful. Furniture in room needs replacing and there was mold in the bathroom. I heard about roaches but thankfully did not see any during our stay!
