Absolutely Disgusting! Avoid La Quinta Inn Like the Plague! I don’t even know where to start with how horrific my experience was at La Quinta Inn. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was hit with an overwhelming stench that screamed “health hazard.” The bathroom was absolutely vile, covered in mold as if it had been abandoned in a horror movie. It's hard to believe that any establishment would dare to rent out a room in that condition! And then there were the bedbugs. Yes, you read that right—BEDBUGS! I didn’t just see one; I felt like I was in a creepy crawlspace nightmare. The disgusting, filthy bed linens looked as if they hadn’t been washed since the last century. Who knows what kind of germs and filth were lurking on them? I wouldn't have let my worst enemy sleep there! To make matters even worse, my partner and I faced outright discrimination during our stay. We were treated horribly by the staff solely because we are gay. Instead of being welcomed like any other guests, we were met with disdain and hostility that was completely unwarranted. It's appalling that in this day and age, a place like La Quinta Inn can still harbor such bigotry. When I demanded a refund after realizing that there was no way I could possibly stay there without risking my health, the front desk staff treated me like I was the problem instead of taking responsibility for the horrors they are offering. Never again!

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room accommodations were limited. The bathroom, tub and shower were black. We decided not to shower it was so bad. For a last minute bed with low cost pet friendly stay, it was what we needed, but i wouldnt stay here for an actual vacation.

I BOOKED FORM EXPEDIA 5 DAS /4 NIGHTS.. THEY RESERVED ROOM 130 for us. Room verry old. Room no hanger for clotheS. No chair for table No towels No Tissue No iron table. Room smell smole, we STAY AT 2nd days midnight water flow from ceiling. We call front desk request to change then they change to next room 132, its better.

Very dirty and in disrepair. Door to the room was damaged and didn't close properly. Moldy bathroom. The police were there during check in attending to a disturbance. Unsafe and very disturbing. Not at all what was advertised or what is expected from a La Quinta. We did not stay and found other accommodations.

I have been stuck all afternoon trying to reprogram the keycards to my door that didn’t respond to several swipes of the slot using the keycards . The front desk attendant tried to reprogram the key about ten times but nothing was working and even went as far as going to the front door to get the keys to work to no avail so I got stuck in the parking lot eating very cold pizza and warm soda for hours on a hot Tuesday afternoon as I was promised the door locks would be changed . I came back a couple hours later to find that the door lock has not been changed as promised . Then around 6:39 pm , the water was shutoff and the front desk clerk did not even bother answering the phone causing me to almost have a heart attack . They managed to turn it back on after a good 25 minutes or so . That same night , the door lock was eventually changed and the keycards were finally working . However , for the past two days , I had to struggle swiping the keycard into the slot several times and rattling the door handle very hard after the green light came on but it never opened until after a good three minutes of doing the same thing over and over again . Other guests even saw so me almost banging on the door like a crazed lunatic trying to get it to open until I eventually got the front desk clerk on the night shift to switch me out to room 153 with the keycards working but the bathroom ( OMG) looked like it hadn’t been sanitized for centuries with disgusting mold , rust and all kinds o
