Marco Beach Ocean Suites

We knew before booking that the pool was closed for renovation. We did not know that so was everything else. The price reflected the lack of amenities so I can't really complain. The room was wonderful and it was kind of nice having only about 75 people staying at the hotel.

Besides the pool being unavailable, which was stated on Hotels.com, it did not mention construction workers onsite making noise and banging. Very bad experience—I couldn’t sleep in the morning, which was why we came to relax and disconnect. Misleading on Hotels.com.

The location is awesome, in front of the spectacular beach. The architecture is beautiful and well maintained. Just there are some areas out of service like the pool, the restaurant, that we couldn't enjoy. Next time! I will be back for sure!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everyone is very polite and helpful. Was disappointed that the pool was closed. Absolutely great location and wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended and look forward to coming back next year. Duane & Julie

We really liked the beach, excellent and the sunsets spectacular.

A lot of noise from reconstruction work in the pool area. The beach was excellent. The location is excellent, with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly, and the valet parking is very hardworking and responsible.

The resort staff is very friendly, respectful, and does a great job. Especially Julio and everyone at Valet Parking, including Jose. The beach is amazing!!!, too bad the pool is under repair.

The pool was under construction, the terrace was dirty and moldy.

My 6th time at this place.Very disappointed.My room was dirty and smelly.Clueless staff.Very limited support at the facility,only one front desk “monitor “ ,very bizarre situation.Construction noise and …the pool site(have some pictures). There should be clear disclosure to clients looking for a place to get away from their busy life.

Beautiful property! Lovely, spacious and clean rooms with friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay. The experience was truly enjoyable — the location was perfect, with restaurants nearby for convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely spectacular. The place had everything you need if you prefer to cook, which made it feel just like home. One of the highlights was the beautiful sunset view — simply breathtaking. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return again!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE “Manger” Willie was very rude and disrespectful. They are fixing the pool and have construction going on. (I did NOT know) my fault for that. My room was a garden view. Which I thought it was going to be available to use but it’s under construction as well. Front counter man wasn’t able to do anything and doesn’t know anything. Telling me these are condos that I have to call a certain number. So I Called to see if they can change my room from garden view to ocean view because garden view was in construction as well. He gave me a partial ocean view cause ocean view will be a upcharge.I said okay fine. I get to my room he gave me room right in front of the pool which room smelled like straight up chemicals cause of the construction. My mom has lung issues and other health issues. She opened the window to let it air out. After a while she was coughing cause of the smell. I then called again & told him to at least take me to a room away from this horrible smell cause I have health issues. Any view I did not care at this point. He said there is no rooms left. And we can’t leave the window open because ac will break. He was worried about the ac and did not care how it can affect my health and or the customer satisfaction. It’s Sunday morning I would have appreciated if he told me to wait for a someone to check out after they clean it. But no he refused to help he said I could leave and get my money back and didn’t care how I felt about it.

The hotel doesn’t look in good condition- it’s old and the view from the room even though I paid for full ocean view all you could see was a rooftop that was falling apart in pieces-not a nice view at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The lobby staff was not friendly, he had AirPods the entire time and didn’t make the check in welcoming at all. The rugs and hallways smelled like the cleaning product “fabuloso.” Very strong smell and everything just looks worn out. Do not recommend this hotel. The only plus is the location- you can go walking to the restaurants and beach. Honestly, if I could give it 0 stars, I would.
