Comfortable bed. Descent location, nice to have restaurant/bar attached. Housekeeping knocked on door at 9 even though we had do not disturb sign out.

We were very comfortable! The attached restaurant provided a convenient and delicious supper, the pillows were glorious, and the included breakfast buffet had everything a person could want. There is a shuttle to and from the Mayo, but I am sad to say that it didn't have a wheelchair lift. However, that was the only negative point for me. The hotel itself was wonderful!

our stay was infinitely more comfortable than last time when the thermostat didn't work. This time we were very comfortable! I specifically love your pillows and your delicious breakfast selections! If I need to return to the Mayo, this will always be our hotel of choice in Rochester

When booking the hotel claimed to have a shuttle to The Mayo Clinic, upon check in, we were informed they dropped the shuttle service 6 months ago so, as a result we had to spend $45 on cab services, huge bug on the hotel room wall, my husband killed it and took it to the front desk. The reply was..wow, that's a big one! attached restaurant was listed as being A Green Mill. Nope, sub par service and cold food.

Outdated hotel. Pool and hot tub old and needed a good cleaning. Restaurant in hotel was great. All staff were great. Short drive to Mayo. The large amount of garbage in side hallway was there for days and gross.

Had to switch rooms there were no pillows or towels in the first room we were at and the air conditioner was extremely loud. There were full beds instead of queen beds.

It was a wonderful stay, my grandchildren had so much fun in the pool area. Very close to all shops and stores. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place!
