I just booked a temporary room for 1 night to stay when the car went to Da Lat early. Room was very clean. Enthusiastic reception. For the price, very satisfied. Next time will support the hotel again

The room is clean, has a small window, has a hair dryer, a hanger but no iron. The bathroom is clean, with hot, strong water. What I like the most is cleaning the room and arranging the pillows, changing new towels every day. Reception staff polite and cute. Room rates are cheap but quality. There is a motorbike rental service right at the hotel. 120k with scooter and number 90k. The friends I went with were also very satisfied 👍

The hotel is clean, with regular cleaning, a little surprising for the first day, but the staff is also very friendly and smiling. Another thing is that in a 2-star hotel that charges guests for mineral water is wrong, how many times have I stayed at the hotel, this is the first time I have encountered this case. Near the Hotel there are many eateries and very convenient.

Check-in sớm mà khách sạn không tính thêm phí và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Lễ tân dễ thương. Phòng ngủ tiện nghi, có cả máy sấy tóc, phòng tắm sạch sẽ.

Mình đặt phòng deluxe double và thật sự quá thất vọng, khi nhận phòng deluxe double thì hoàn toàn khác thực tế. Cụ thể là không hề có bàn trang điểm, không có bàn rộng ghế tựa. Nhìn thật sự chẳng khác gì phòng superior double. Ngay khi nhận phòng mình đã lập tức xuống lễ tân để hỏi liệu có sự nhầm lẫn nào không. Và câu trả lời là “không nhầm đâu, phòng deluxe đấy chị”?! Mình hỏi thêm ủa chứ vậy phòng deluxe khác gì superior mà chênh giá tiền. Thì bạn lễ tân tỉnh bơ bảo superior có 1 cánh cửa sổ, còn deluxe thì có 2 cánh cửa sổ. Bạn ấy còn nói thêm khách sạn chẳng có bàn trang điểm đâu chị ạ, hình ảnh trên web chỉ là hình ảnh mang tính chất minh hoạ thôi?! Vậy sao lại để hình ảnh trên khác hẳn thực tế vậy nhỉ?!
