Service is not good. the male staff who tried to charge me 200k for the free water last time, tried to give me a deluxe room instead of premium room which I booked. since I've stayed in this hotel many times, I know the room given to me was not the right one. I have to deal with this trouble male staff member to get a premium room that I've paid for. very unprofessional, never again.

The fees may arise after check out, the hotel (ks) should notify the customer (customer) at check-in, this does not take much time when checking in and when checking out, the customer will not feel any inconvenience. suspicious and do not waste time arguing.... the hotel is located at the front desk standee about surcharges or room rates without a brief introduction, making it impossible for customers to know, feel quite confused and uncomfortable leaving. This leads to a significantly reduced experience here even though the room is decorated quite nicely!
