Luxury Hotels in Hai An District, Vietnam

The floor is so wet and smell. Toilet was not clear and checked carefully after cleaning. It was made us uncomfortable during staying at hotel. I don't think to come back this hotel in the near future

Nice hotel, good location. The room was clean and spacious. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast with many choices. Highly recommend.

New hotel guests, nice interior but need to improve some issues such as additional hair dryer, clothes rack in the bathroom and breakfast will be better

receptionist can't speak english, and poor of service. there is nothing in the room, just sleep, they didn't care about anything. just one room. don't expect anything at that time it is not bad..

The hotel is spacious, but the rooms are a bit old, with parking in the hotel yard and a large private yard next door. In addition, it is also located at the edge of the city, no means of transportation would be inconvenient

Clean room, nice service and near Cat Bi airport.

Hot water heater is too long. There is no drinking water in the room. There is a TV but can't watch. Be enthusiastic boss.
