Cheap Hotels in Ninh Binh, Vietnam

A solid 4 stars hotel, clean and modern; Beautiful and very big facility, delicious breakfast. Very reasonable price for 4 stars.

I have stayed in many places but have never seen service as bad as this hotel. The hotel is under construction, full of dust, very noisy, and has no parking space. I booked a 20m2 apartment but the 16m2 apartment was given to me at a cheaper price and insisted that it was the room I had chosen, even though I could see with my own eyes that it was not. Sometimes the receptionist doesn't want to ask anything or doesn't know who to call. The room is full of mosquitoes. The two days I stayed here, the room wasn't even cleaned. Bed quality is really bad. Worst hotel ever. Rcm everyone should choose another hotel!! Even though I booked for 2 days, because the service was so poor, I went to another hotel after only staying for more than a day. However, when checking out, the receptionist didn't even know that I had booked for 2 days and even asked for an overtime fee of 1 day, really. unprofessional! In general, just thinking about this hotel makes me angry!

good staff, treat guest like family, good and clean room, good location too, great price, nothing to complaint, recommended place

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the water in the bathroom, its smell was little weird. Overall, the hotel staffs are really friendly and enthusiastic and I enjoyed my stay.

Very great, affordable, very suitable for family travel, temporary view okay, I have to check out late 3-4 hours but still not be charged anything more
