Mosquitoes, room is not clean. Don't expect a comfortable luxurious stay at the natural exposed homestay.

The hotel has a nice location and the best facilities in Nam Cat Tien. It should be a memorable resort and will definitely come back if the hotel has a professional management, not in the style of family inns. The hotel did not publicly announce to customers about the hotel rules as well as the price of services and drinks at the mini bar and were not priced. Managers talk to customers extremely politely and without reason. Continuously disturbing customers during their stay here for small reasons only because they are not informed about the hotel rules. The management staff arbitrarily put away the guests' property in the room, talked to the guests extremely disrespectfully and called them by them..etc. There is a way to handle lack of professionalism when a simple situation arises.

Highly recommended. The home owner is friendly, it really brings homestay style to your stay.
