Clean room, soft bed, very friendly staff, and free up to a big double bed for my family. The view of the neighbor's alley overlooking the street is also fun. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, the seasoning is very moderate, especially the cream cheese cake, yogurt and delicious strawberry tea. Everything was great except the big pillow was hard. Uncomfortably high. Next time will still visit this hotel

The hotel has a lot of stickers, on average, I can kill 3 animals a day. The second problem is that the hotel does not have a reception in the evening and early morning, even though it is also a large hotel and has a high price in the area, lacks professionalism, spacious room ok, I booked 3 nights deluxe double room but for I upgraded to a room class for 4 people, without my consent but still ranked it even though I didn't like it at all and wanted to change rooms even if it was only for 1 day, but I don't have to like v, if I have received a guest's booking I have to arrange the room first, not when the guests come, they say lock the 2nd floor and then clean something, but on the 2nd day I stay for myself on the 3rd floor? Don't understand the problem? And definitely won't come again.

Lần đầu ở khách sạn này. Gia đình có trẻ em hoặc người lớn tuổi nên chọn khách sạn có buffet sáng để tiện ăn uống hơn. khách sạn vệ sinh hằng ngày, nội thất mới, nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình ❤️

Phòng ở rất sạch sẽ, anh chị lễ tân và các nhân viên khác rất nhiệt tình. mình rất hài lòng, sẽ ghé lại nếu đến đà lạt. riêng phần wifi hơi chậm mong lần sau đến khách sạn sẽ khắc phục ạ.

Mình hoàn toàn vô cùng hài lòng về ks. Nhất là anh Bellman (mình lại không biết tên anh). khách sạn nên tăng lương cho anh vì anh quá nhiệt tình :D, nếu có trở lại lưu trú thì chắc chắn một phần lý do của mình là vì sự nhiệt tình của anh í. Vị trí địa lý trung tâm, gần chợ, phòng rộng tuy nhiên cách âm hơi kém, ăn sáng buffet với mình là tạm đủ no. và không đòi hỏi gì thêm. tất cả nhân viên đều rất nhiệt tình.

Khách sạn gần trung tâm, có chỗ đậu oto, buffet sáng ngon. Đặc biệt bạn Văn Anh - Bellman rất nhiệt tình, dễ thương, thân thiện, đáng yêu. Có dịp sẽ quay lại 😊

Nói chung là ổn , vị trí khá thuận tiện , ở trung tâm thành phố , dễ cho đi lại. Hi vọng buồng phòng cải thiện tốt hơn nữa là rất ok nhé 😊😊😊

Rất hài lòng từ thái độ lẫn cách phục vụ của mấy anh chị ở đây ! Phòng ốc sạch sẽ , khoảng sân rộng , gần chợ đêm nên đi bộ cũng thoải mái , đồ ăn sáng đầy đủ món và ngon nữa ! Có điều wifi trong phòng hơi yếu ngoài điều này ra thì đây là nơi mình sẽ quay trở lại để ở khi mình có dịp lên đà lạt
