Cheap hotel, close to the city center, clean spacious rooms, enthusiastic staff. Will come back next time and hope that the hotel stay the same wonderful service

Book 1 day on line price is 380,000, until 1 more day book, then collect 400,000 + 10k spring water (free stream water but still collect money)
- No soundproof, so the family members still talk loudly (seems to be a family hotel)
- Non-professional receptionist.

The hotel room is good, but there is not 1 bottle of water to drink like other hotels I've ever stayed in (free filtered water). Drinking 3 bottles of filtered water in the room, the hotel collected 30k, remember forever

I have to stay in a lower room for less than one night. (Because the staff do not know the status of the room should sell to other guests). Professional staff, behavior is not good. Plus points: Nice room in the picture with a little strange smell. VIP Family Room does not have a vacuum in the toilet. In the last day of the day, there was no water; The staff after hours is still not available. Also not sorry, explain what. The hotel has great potential if it is concerned with service management and staff training.

Cleaning is not clean. My family stayed here for 4 days but only housed the same room (after I wondered why not clean the room?). When checking in, the staff asked me to give 2 people's identity cards to the hotel. But when I checked out to fly early to Hanoi, I asked the staff to return 2 proofs for themselves, then look for a long time without seeing our proofs. It took me 20 minutes, after I was too impatient to find the proof, and rushed to the airport, prompting the staff to pick up the table and find my proof of being dropped to the ground. The Golden Sand Hotel is not affiliated with any tour. The whole journey is that we find out on our own and then contact ourselves. Designing a hotel in the city of travel needed to have such additional services to facilitate and create more comfortable for the customer. Staff gentle
