Honestly, this hotel wins on location alone, it's close to everywhere. The AC is not cold enough, in the room there is a hanging fan. Can't ask for 2 access cards. The reason is that each room only has 1 card. But the cleaning service can clean it every day. The mattress is not soft, the sheets & pillowcases don't smell good :(.

Old hotel, no elevator, rooms are placed on the 4th floor, very inconvenient to move around, room doors are difficult to close. The hotel does not clean the room, does not change towels, and does not refill daily drinking water for guests. The room was not soundproofed. In the evening, other guests were having a noisy birthday party, not allowing other rooms to sleep.

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, thoải mái, khá đầy đủ đồ cho kì nghỉ ngắn ngày. Không gian chung của khách sạn rộng rãi và bố trí đẹp. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp. Vị trí rất gần hồ Gươm và các địa điểm ăn uống. Sẽ trở lại khách sạn trong những kì nghỉ tới.

Ở đây có cho thuê xe máy, rất tiện, nằm ở phố cổ có book taxi cũng rất lẹ. Nhân viên lễ tân ca sáng ca chiều bạn nào cũng xinh. Phòng hơi bí chút, có thể yêu cầu máy xông tinh dầu thêm cho thơm, sạch sẽ, đẹp, trang trí bắt mắt ❤️

Khách sạn khá ổn nhưng không có thang máy. Phòng cũng không được xịn cho lắm. Nhưng bù lại các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện.
