Rooms is good, breakfast also nice, the receptionist staff are friendly. Then, i went to halong bay cruise and i forgot my sweater is still in the room. But i think that was fine because in Ho Chi Minh i forgot my gold bracelet and housekeeping staff still keep it for me while i went to delta mekong tour.
then when i back, they said there is no white sweater there. the receptionist asked me for the photos, at that time i thought why i took picture for every things that i buy. but when on the plane to flight back, i remember i have a some photos wear this sweater.
Well it just a sweater that i buy in Dalat (south vietnam). So if you stay in this hotel be careful with your stuffs. don't forget anything like i did.

The hotel is worth a stay when coming to Hanoi. The location is located very nice old town, enthusiastic staff, good breakfast, moderate but clean bedroom. will stay at the hotel when coming to Hanoi.

The hotel is good and friendly. I was upgraded to a deluxe room (probably because the room is out) without any extra cost. The new room has a balcony overlooking the great sunrise

Because we are Muslim, for breakfast we only need to eat toast with tea or coffee, because other menus are not halal for us the location is perfect for family holidays, especially Muslim families, because it is near mosques and halal food.

The lady at the front office is very kind. She upgraded my room. The room was very neat and clean. She also gave some good information about the near tourist spots. Thank you

Stay 4 nights in here. Hotel itself is quite smaller than I thought. Tiny room, lobby and lift. but it's ok as we know well most of hotels around here are small. Even it's small but bed and bathroom is very clean. All staff are here also mostly helpful and kind. I also love the location. It's near every where. Minor problem is just they don't have TV Satellite. Yes there is TV on every single room but it's actually Monitor. So just can see you tube. :)

Ibiz is my 1st choice when looking for a hotel when travel. The standardize hotel where located at good location. The necessary amentities are provided in the room. The quality and service are woth the money.
