The room is degraded, the service attitude of the staff is not good, the air conditioner has to wait about 30 minutes to feel cool, the TV has a picture but no sound, the wifi is terrible. Definitely will never come back here again!

The hotel has acts of deceiving customers, the rooms are different from the advertising photos displayed on the app. I booked a Family Suite room in the description clearly stating the room for 4 people with 2 queen beds. But when checking in, the receptionist will send the key to the triple room (1 single bed, 1 double bed). After complaining, the receptionist explained that it was correct to book Family Suite for 3 people. I have to look up and see if I put it right or wrong. After knowing I was right, the receptionist suggested to change me another room with still 3 beds but with an extra balcony (?) I need a bed to sleep, but I don't need to sleep on the balcony? After you asked me to come down and present to the manager because you are just an employee, I am still ok. The manager didn't ask anything more, but directly informed him to arrange a room for me. After about 20 minutes, you can change rooms like this picture. The room is different from the advertisement photo. I check out 1 hour late, the hotel has an additional surcharge of 200k. This problem is my own fault. Those who are behind should ask first to avoid surprises. Will not visit again next time.

Đặt khách sạn ở 33 Bùi thị xuân nhưng nhận phòng ở 15 Bùi thị xuân. Phòng không giống như ảnh quảng cáo và được đặt. Rất dơ, cũ, mất vệ sinh. Thái độ nhân viên không hợp tác, không chịu trách nhiệm

Khách sạn tự ý chuyển khách qua chi nhánh khác mà không báo trước..Hình ảnh phòng không giống trong hình, phòng rất hôi va không được dọn dẹp mỗi ngày..

Phòng quá bẩn, khách sạn siêu siêu cũ, bẩn thỉu hôi hám và quá buồn nôn, mình không thể ngửi được mùi phòng. Thật sự quá quá tệ hại. Làm ơn tìm cái khách sạn tử tế dùm khách du lịch. Bởi vì không biết nên mới tin tưởng app mà đặt phòng như vậy kinh tởm
