Awesome experience. The hotel is so beautiful with the Koi fish pool, swimming pools and extremely beautiful beach. In addition, there is a dedicated area for the kids to swim, play and read books. I would recommend this hotel to the families epecially with children.

That incredible moment. The hotel was great, the room, the view, the pool, the food everything was extraordinary. Also the rooftop bar. Amazing Vibe and view. The staff also very help Full. Not enough just stay 1 night there.

1.nv rất nhiệt tình, nhẹ nhàng, thủ tục nhanh chóng. 2.có dịch vụ đưa đón sân bay và thuê xe 3. Khuôn viên kết hợp vây xanh + hồ bơi+ bãi biển nhiều hoạt động 4. Có 4 nhà hàng đa dạng các món Âu, Á… 5. Tiệc bufffer sáng da dạng, có khu cho trẻ tô tranh, chơi& cô giáo giữ trẻ hỗ trợ cho ba mẹ giữ bé khi ăn sáng Tuyệt vời !

The price is much higher than the ground, but the breakfast buffet has little choice for Vietnamese people. I've stayed at some other resorts in Phu Quoc, the cost is lower, but the buffet has more choices. Service is ok.

The staff forgot Ngoc's name and forgot to make a note to prepare breakfast to take away. In addition, the hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, the service is very good.

- ấn tượng đầu tiên với nhân viên lễ tân thì qua tệ, thái độ với khách (lạc đường thì bảo sao chị bảo biết đường rồi?!) - phòng hơn 100m2 mà trang thiết bị trong phòng hỏng 1 số cái đèn, 1 cái máy sấy, thùng rác không đổ, tivi không mở được youtube chỉ xem được truyền hình bình thường. - không có bản đồ đi trong khu, dễ nhầm lẫn. - biển thì không đẹp (nếu so với biển ở khu khác) - mất chục triệu cảm thấy không đáng.
