This hotel is both quality and service is too bad. Visitors forget their sandals until tomorrow when they say they do not know, say sure to ask sad room depicting the slippers, the slippers said torn sandals should be removed while the people just bought 1 month worth nearly 1 million. Not worth it, but the answers from the room to the manager are very bossy. While the hotel was torn to wear slippers, the business was not surprised to wear but the slippers forgot to say the slippers were torn and left. A pair of sandals is nothing but the behavior of this hotel is very infinitive for me it is not worth it but because of such behavior I have to say. On top of saying that there is something wrong with you, there is nothing to me before you understand, but I will compensate a little. Today I went, I immediately turned over to say that negotiations when guests leave the hotel room out of responsibility should not be the hotel error. Now only charge for cleaning clothes and suitcases. By the way, sending suitcases here costs money, every suitcase is 100k. I also stay at a lot of hotels but I haven't seen any hotel charge a suitcase fee like this hotel. Because actually, I accidentally picked up and paid in advance on the app, otherwise I never have to try and stay. Overall, it is too bad, so if you want to stay here, you should review it. We always listen to customer suggestions and absorb and improve the quality of our services. However, with some negative and constructive negative reviews, we would like to clarify the following: 1. You stay at our hotel 1 night. The next morning, you check out. When checking out, our staff checked the room and reminded you to check if you have forgotten anything. However, you will not forget anything. Staff checked into the room and saw an old yellow slippers, brand & m front next to the trash. Then you leave our hotel. Then room staff cleaned and discovered 1 more slippers under the bed. We would like to confirm that it is an old, yellow pair of sandals. (She always thought that the sandals were branded and scolded us as "idiots. Don't know how to look at the brands." However, we noticed that the sandals were old, torn, and our staff threw them away. Usually, guests who are staying (for a long time, require daily housekeeping) we will not remove the guests' belongings (old, broken or used up) from the room or when the guest has checked out and they call Call back soon, ask us to help keep them in. We will keep the guests for up to 2 months or assist them to send them to their residence.
