This family is from Indonesia. Right from the moment of booking, they deliberately deceived us. They booked a single room with one bed, and according to our terms, the room can accommodate a maximum of two adults. However, upon checking in, we realized that they came with two children as well. The wife asked to borrow extra pillows and blankets, and we informed her that there would be an additional charge of 120,000 VND per day. She agreed but didn't make the payment, which is why we kept her passport. When they checked out, we discovered that the room was extremely dirty, with trash scattered everywhere. Our room was equipped with a kitchen, and this family had spilled cooking oil all over, making it look horrifying (we have pictures). We had specified that there would be an extra charge of 100,000 VND if the kitchen was not cleaned, but she refused to pay, and her attitude was extremely uncivilized (we have a video). We will carefully consider hosting such guests in the future.
