The location is near the beach, convenient to travel around, but the room is too old, not fully equipped, not soundproof, next to the door closing loudly, you can hear it in the room There is no TV remote, the air conditioner remote is not working, the toilet has no smell but is stained, there is no mineral water or glasses Maybe because I booked right away, the price is a bit high, so I feel it is not worth the price

Mình đặt phòng 3 giường thanh toán tiền hết 100% rùi mà tụi mình vừa tới nơi thì bảo chưa thấy đặt phòng hết phòng rồi. Chị lễ tân bảo là lấy tạm 1 phòng 2 giường 1 phòng 1 giường, thanh toán thêm 200k nữa. Tụi mình không đồng ý, bảo là đúng ra chị phải báo khách thông cảm hay thậm chí phải đền tiền lại chứ sao lại đòi thêm tiền. Chị ấy im lặng 1 lúc ròi quăng 2 cái chìa khóa 2 phòng 1 cái xạch. Bảo là thôi lấy phòng đi. Lúc sau thì gọi quay lại đổi qua phòng 3 giường như cũ. Tưởng xong rồi ok rồi. Ai dè bước vào phòng thì không có tủ quần áo, nhà vệ sinh không có nước nóng. Tụi mình ở được từ 12g trưa đến sáng hôm sau thì tolet và lavabo bị ngẹt. Ta nói thánh thần ơi luôn 😭😭😭. Lần đầu cũng như lần cuối.

The hotel is not in the correct GPS position. Located in the alley. Tv is blurred. Dangerous power outlet. The hot and cold water faucet is broken. Indicates hot water bath want to peel skin. Nightlights use U-lights too bright to sleep. Full wardrobe garbage. The fan sounded annoying. The mattress bed smells. Go 1 time. There will be no 2nd 😡

I have alo again at the hotel, they call to check the cleaning room and say no. hazz is not good, it is really salty to lose your stuff. hazz
