Pros: Located near the center, about 500m walking distance to Sun Plaza. Some rooms offer nice view outside. Breakfast is provided. Male staff were quite enthusiastic while the opposite was true for females. Cons: This hotel is really old and need a huge upgrade. Lots of facilities were badly damaged, broken or insufficient. For example, TV & fan not working, broken air dryer & weak hot water so I couldn't take a shower. Moreover, the room was so cold at night without any build-in heating system. Staff tried to bring alternatives like portable heater and dryer only when I asked multiple times. They did not clean the room daily unless I require (several times) to do so. To conclude, few staff are willing to help but overall the service is quite slow while the basic amenities are in poor condition.

Our hotel is located on the biggest street of Sapa Center and close to the church , and just 5 minutes walk to the center. During this time our hotel is fully booked then we can not provide our best room which located on the floor above. With the price 500.000 VND you paid per night, you can not stay in the center of Sapa during Tet holyday in the room equipped heater machine like us. Relating hot water, you need to wait for some minutes in order the hot water run down from the top of the building. However, we apologize for the inconveniences you faced at our hotel and want you to know that this is not the type of service we pride ourselves on delivering to our guests. We'll be sure to discuss your concerns with our team moving forward for improvement. We do hope to hear from you soon and we ask for the opportunity to share a more positive experience with you. Can't say the stay was bad, it was just ok as the bed sleepable and we can sleep ok (can't say good also). First of all the price is cheap for 3 pax (like we did) if you compare with other hotel, you get what you pay. No hot water for sapa freash weather was freaking sick. I was ask receptionist who always not in her place about hot water. She said you have to turn it on the water 10 minutes before showers, we did, nothing changed still no hot water. We expect the (cheap) breakfast with choices, what we got no choices only chicken pho. It is an old building house, if you stay here just minding your own business, don't try to make hotel tour. Just come, sleep and go. It's not fair if I only say the minus, the plus point is the view from balcony is breathtaking. You can see the beautiful of sapa from the old balcony, that's it:) but for sleep and keep your bag safe, price is cheap I can say. Not for person who want comfortable holiday or not for family with small kids. Because the location seems near to center, but it up the hill. Well xe om only 20k, but still the walk back to hotel was a big job.

The hotel has a convenient location for sightseeing. The hotel is not new but stylish and clean. From the hotel to the center, it only takes 5 minutes to Muong Hoa station, church area and Sun Plaza. There is free car parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus point: The view of the mountains and valley from the balcony is very beautiful

The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, supporting guests at all times, for guests who lift like eggs and flowers =)) Full facilities, clean, beautiful view Central location convenient to go sightseeing and eat Ginger tea and breakfast buffet are very very delicious

The hotel is located right on Thac Bac street, very close to the center but very quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley. There is a car park at the hotel gate and there is a garden where you can check in and take beautiful pictures. There are motorbikes for rent and support ticket booking Fanxipan enthusiastic staff

The location of our hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the center of the stone church, located on a slope on Silver Falls street, so it has a beautiful view of the mountain but still close to the center.
Our hotel is a charming 3-star hotel located in the center of Sapa town, offering guests breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel has 70 comfortable and well-appointed rooms, all decorated with traditional design elements of the Hmong and Tay ethnic groups. The hotel has a very very dedicated service. I have a baby at home, so I asked to borrow a heater to bathe the baby and also borrow a bath tub. Classic design room. Enough utilities. It's a bit cold on the sapa, so I would like to shorten my stay here without charge. Breakfast is buffet but pho is really good 😘 Will come back to Sapa and stay here

Our hotel is located on Thac Bac street, just a few minutes walk from the center, but at a high position, so it has a very beautiful view of the mountain landscape. Booking a room with a balcony overlooking the mountain is an opportunity to see the misty Sapa. Only a few hundred meters from the hotel is Sun Plaza, the church, and the check-in area is very beautiful. In addition, we also rent motorbikes and book tours for you at reasonable prices.
About breakfast, in the winter, guests often teach late, so we serve breakfast at 7 am. If you eat early in the morning, you can ask for a quick snack like egg bread.

The room is a bit old but also clean, beautiful mountain view. The tv was broken, I responded but no one solved it, the pillow was not changed when I entered. 😢😢😢
