The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very enthusiastic, the food is good, the drinks are delicious, the hotel and rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

The receptionist is very dedicated and attentive. 10 points for the receptionist. The minus point is that the staff at the breakfast counter talks quite loudly. One day the manager even had to remind them */ the bathroom area needs to be covered with anti-slip mats. Slipping because it is very slippery can be dangerous. Hotels near the central area are very convenient for travel. Will come back many more times when coming to Hanoi
