Tam Giac Mach Hotel Ha Giang

Our group of 6 people only had a one night stay in Ha Giang city after 2 days of traveling in Dong Van because the next morning came back to Hanoi, coming to this hotel was nearly 11pm and quite tired but The first thing that "greeted" us was the displeased face of the hotel owner knowing that I had booked online. We booked 3 separate rooms, but upon arrival, we were informed that there was only 1 room for 2 people, the remaining 2 rooms the hotel would place us in a room for 4 people sharing the reason why the guests were staying. The hotel wants to stay so there's no room for us. First of all, the hotel owner informed this very calmly and considered it a normal story, without any apology to the guests. I do not understand what kind of service to do but would be loud to the customer when we disagree with the way we arranged the room for us. Secondly, regarding the reorganization plan for us, the hotel did not offer any benefits to compensate. Worse, suggesting that if the hotel can't stay together, one room will move to another hotel nearby (of course, I don't know how close the hotel is or what the room is). . That's like paying back and inviting us to another place, just more than suggesting another hotel. A ridiculous offer! The facilities and benefits in the room are also quite bad. Drinks are available outside the table also charge (I have never seen such a hotel even though I have been staying many times at similar or even lower hotels). In addition, the amenities in the room are quite bad, no toothbrush, no shower soap and it would be better to have a hair dryer. One more thing, the bed is too hard and the hygiene is too bad. The newly received room had cockroaches and ants in the bed (so bad we ended up having to handle it instead of not being able to sleep when it was in the room) making us feel like the poor quality rooms were left to us. we got it last. I will never come back and will never recommend anyone here. What an unforgettable evening during the trip!
