Very good service staff, friendly / good size accommodation, staying in room 406, noisy from the 5th floor all night because the 5th floor is a night club, the sink is broken, cannot be used, the bathroom door is very difficult to open / close 😊

Nhân viên thì tốt nhưng chất lượng phòng thì không tốt. Mình chỉ ở 1 đêm và book ngay sang hotel khác ở Q1 chất lượng ok mà lại rẻ hơn 1. Phòng và giường khá hôi 2. Đèn trần chỉ có 2 bóng màu vàng, cực kì tối. Ảnh thì chụp lên sáng chứ mình ở thấy tối cực kì, đã gọi cả nhân viên lên thì bạn ý nói toàn bộ là đèn vàng. Mình thắc mắc sao trần thế mà chỉ có 2 bóng 3. Nhà vệ sinh bồn cầu rò nước, nóng lạnh thì bật mãi không nóng 4. Hình như không có thang thoát hiểm luôn thì phải

Thanks for your respond. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the problem of dark lights, perhaps you have not turned on all the lights in the room. Regarding the leaking toilet and smelly room issue, we will review and resolve the issue with our technical staff to ensure a better guest experience in the future. Regarding the water heater issue, because the hotel uses an electric water heater, you have to turn on the switch, adjust the temperature and wait 5 minutes for the water to heat up. Assisting hotel customers with the transportation of their belongings is the principal responsibility of bellmen worldwide. However, the bellmen in The Alcove Library Hotel simply observed my girlfriend and me struggle with our heavy luggage without offering any assistance. This behavior is abhorrent.

Our hotel belongs to the boutique segment so there is no Bellman and only 1 Front Desk on duty per shift. The staff on duty the day you checked in was a female and there were many guests check in that day so they couldn't help you carry your luggage to your room.

Nice lobby, quick check in and check out. The room is not very nice, but the shower gel and shampoo are ok, the bath towels are like, daily cleaning, the reception is friendly and enthusiastic, they are ready to lend anything. The bed is soft, the mattress is soft so I sleep well, the room light is too dark and the minus point is that there are no plastic slippers to go to the toilet, only cotton slippers in the room are a bit inconvenient. no noise, quiet. In general, this price is ok, satisfied, it is better to improve a bit of facilities in the room.

Check-in is 15 minutes late. Check out after 12h 30 minutes late, the staff asked to pay 30% more. Room according to the price of the hotel.
