I have stayed in many places but have never seen service as bad as this hotel. The hotel is under construction, full of dust, very noisy, and has no parking space. I booked a 20m2 apartment but the 16m2 apartment was given to me at a cheaper price and insisted that it was the room I had chosen, even though I could see with my own eyes that it was not. Sometimes the receptionist doesn't want to ask anything or doesn't know who to call. The room is full of mosquitoes. The two days I stayed here, the room wasn't even cleaned. Bed quality is really bad. Worst hotel ever. Rcm everyone should choose another hotel!! Even though I booked for 2 days, because the service was so poor, I went to another hotel after only staying for more than a day. However, when checking out, the receptionist didn't even know that I had booked for 2 days and even asked for an overtime fee of 1 day, really. unprofessional! In general, just thinking about this hotel makes me angry!

Khách sạn giá bình dân nhưng rất sạch sẽ, gần trung tâm đi đâu cũng tiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, có nước nóng, có cho thuê xe sẵn và chú chủ ksan, lễ tân nhiệt tình. Nên ở.

Khách sạn cháy (cháy đường điện) nhưng từ lúc bắt đầu cháy đến khi PCCC làm việc xong không hề có nhân viên nào của khách sạn đến để đưa ra phương án khắc phục hậu quả cho khách hàng. Rất nhiều khách phải về hoặc đi chỗ khác ngay trong đêm nhưng không được 1 lời xin lỗi từ khách sạn. Cũng không được hoàn tiền phòng (mặc dù mới nhận phòng buổi chiều chưa ở được tí nào).

Room is spacious, clean. The view from the top overlooking the city is very beautiful. Full facilities and service is also very good. From the hotel to the tourist attractions not far away.
