Nice and central. Great welcome on arrival. Clean room. Comfy beds. But double not king size bed, only 2 hangers for clothing on a 4” tiny pole, no other wardrobe or drawers. No table area. All belongings stored on the floor. Luckily only a single night stay. Would not stay here again for more than 1 night

Hotel was very basic but comfortable. If you have claustrophobia this is not the place for you. The rooms are very small as is the bathroom. No drink making facilities. Whilst the hotel is central this means that the outside noise does cause a disturbance throughout the night. Hotel staff were excellent. On request they provided hair dryer/ extra pillows and towels. A cheaper hotel ideal for.a one night stay.

The room was clean and tidy, no issues. The main issue was the noise. The room was under a drain pipe and every time someone used the toilet or shower all the droppings made such terrible noises. Would not use this service again.

A nice short stay hotel, very convenient place to be able to get to the city centre! The room was okay, bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were good. Only thing was the bathroom had a strange smell to it, but a bit of air freshener and it was fine after that! Also we had to ask for an extra towel, I know that pedantic, but the booking was for two people but only one towel was there in the room upon check in! But yeah apart from those minor things, the hotel was convenient for a short stay in Cardiff Thank you!

a typical city centre budget chain hotel, with comfortable bed and pillows, and a nice fresh new feel to it. For price paid my only criticism would be a design that does not provide much storage space - even budget travellers bring extra clothes with them!!
