Terms and Conditions:
Visa Protection is eligible for flights originating from Vietnam.
The Insured Person can only claim this benefit once during the entire insurance period.
To be eligible for coverage, the visa rejection must occur within ninety (90) days from the departure date indicated on your airplane ticket.
The maximum amount that can be paid for this benefit is specified in your Insurance Certificate. Please note that this coverage is effective only if purchased before you become aware of any circumstances that could lead to the rejection of your Visa or the disruption of your trip.
The Insurance company will only cover the cost of purchasing airplane tickets provided that these costs are not reimbursed by any other party.
All insurance-related matters after purchase are solely between the Insured Person, BaoViet Insurance, and Qoala.
The amount of benefits paid to the Insured Person is fully dependent on the policy of BaoViet Insurance. Traveloka will not be held responsible for the amount paid to the Insured Person.
