Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Tour Package Product
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply between the Traveloka entity that contracted with you at the time of booking the tour package product (“Traveloka” or “We”) and Traveloka’s customers who make purchases on the www.traveloka.com website or Traveloka’s Application (“Site”) and or parties using tour package products (“You” or “Guest”).
By accessing, using and making reservations for tour package products, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions, as follows:
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The Travel package product is a product offered by Traveloka, where You can purchase a package consisting of a tour package (Travel Activities), flight tickets, and accommodation reservations for a destination selected by You (each offering item referred to as a “Travel Product” and collectively referred to as the “Tour Package”)
- At the time of booking, You can customize or change the Tour Package and adjust to your needs, either independently or with the help of our Travel Expert. These adjustments may affect the final cost of the Tour Package. Your final payment calculation will be based on your final package combination.
- The price of the Tour Package listed on the Platform does not include additional costs for the Tour Package incurred by You when using the Tour Package, such as personal expenses at the accommodation, additional tours You may participate in, excess baggage weight fees, import duty fees for goods subject to import duties in the local countries, fees for making travel documents, tips, and other costs that may be incurred by You outside of the package conditions stated in the Tour Package. The terms and conditions regarding these additional costs are subject to the provisions of each Travel Product.
- Each Travel Product may come with certain additional services such as seat preferences or extra baggage, which are not included in the Tour Package. Additional services are available in the booking form or can be purchased separately after payment. For further information, please consult with a Travel Expert.
- Unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, the Tour Package Product cannot be canceled (non-cancellable) and cannot be rescheduled (non-reschedulable), either partially or for the entire Tour Package Product. Make sure your travel plans are correct before traveling and You have prepared all the required documents to enable You to enjoy your Tour Package.
- If You are in any way incapacitated, or are not permitted to enter or are subject to any deportation action by the immigration authorities of the local country (even if You have a visa), or are rejected by the airline company, or are suffering from illness, or have a mental disorder, or are affected by natural disasters or bad weather or suffer from an accident, and are forced to return or deviate from the trip specified in the Tour Package, or are subject to other circumstances where You are forced to cancel a part of part/all of your trip after your departure from your home country, then Traveloka has sole discretion to determine whether or not You will be able to refund or reschedule the parts of your Tour Package which have not yet been used. Such refund or reschedule shall also be subject to the policies of the partner/supplier of the related Travel Product that makes up your Tour Package. Based on the discretion of Traveloka and related partner/supplier, You may be subject to penalties or additional fees for submitting a refund (refund) or reschedule (reschedule) of any Travel Product in your Tour Package.
- Once payment is completed and all e-tickets and vouchers for each Travel Product that makes up your Tour Package are issued, we will send the details to the email address You entered on the booking form. If You have any questions regarding the Tour Package, please contact Traveloka Travel Expert or Customer Care.
- If You have made payment for the purchase of a Tour Package Product, You can track its issuance status on the Bookings menu. Please note that some bookings for a Travel Product that makes up your Tour Package may take additional time to process and issue.
- If for any reason, the e-ticket or voucher for a Travel Product cannot be issued (failed issuance) or the Tour Package product cannot be used or is canceled, but You have made complete payment, Traveloka will refund to You subject to Traveloka’s terms and conditions for refund.
- We are not responsible for any type of fraud committed by third parties on behalf of Traveloka. Please always be careful when providing your confidential information to others, such as CVV, OTP, etc.
- If any of the Travel Products in your Tour Package cannot operate due to unforeseen reasons during the travel period, we will process a refund to You subject to the Traveloka terms and conditions for refund. If this happens, please inform the Traveloka Travel Expert or Customer Care to assist You with the refund process or substitute the non-operational Travel Product with an available Travel Product.
- In addition to the terms and conditions set out herein, You are also subject to the terms and conditions in each Travel Product and the Terms of Use on the Traveloka Site.
