Traveloka Points is a reward program that we created to value our most loyal customers. This program allows you to earn Points each time you make a booking, and redeem your point for a discount on your next transactions.

How much is 1 Point worth?

What can I use my Points for?

•

You can redeem your Points for Traveloka Rewards or Reward Coupons. Traveloka Rewards are discounts on Flight, Hotel, and Xperience. Meanwhile, Reward Coupons are special offers from our top merchants, available on Traveloka App version 3.2 and above.

📌 How to join the program

How can I earn Points by completing Xperience review?

To earn Points from completing Xperience review, firstly, you have to make an Xperience transaction via the Traveloka desktop website or Traveloka App on Android or iOS version 2.12 and above. Be sure to log in to your Traveloka account before you make your booking.

After redeeming your Xperience voucher, you will be able to access the Review Requests in My Inbox or Push Notification, then tap Start Sharing to begin.

Alternatively, you can open the email that we sent you within a few days after your planned visit date. You will also be able to access the review page through the View My Profile menu under My Account in your app.

Enter your rating and tap the relevant tags accordingly.

Write a review with at least 30 characters and upload at least 1 photo, so others get a better idea about your experience.

When you are done, you will be able to check your submission.

You’re all set! The review will be subject to moderation and approval. You may access the review in the activity details page once it is published.

When will I receive the review request from Xperience?

After redeeming your Xperience voucher, you will be able to access the Review Requests in Traveloka App's My Inbox, Push Notification or your Email within 30 days after your visit date

When will I receive the point after completing Xperience review?

After you submit your review, the points will be granted to your account instantly or within 24 hour by latest

What is the review requirement in order to receive 50 points?

For each Xperience review of at least 30 characters and an attached photo, you will receive 5,000 Traveloka points, accounting for VND 5,000. Please make sure the review content is authentic and based on your own experience.

How to Write a Useful Review

By leaving your personal review, you are helping fellow explorers and visitors so they know what to expect from the activity. You are also helping Traveloka improve our rating system by submitting a review.

📝 Some tips to help you get started on your Xperience review:
- Give the most accurate rating according to your experience at the venue.
- Choose from the relevant tags to help provide more details.
- You may submit up to 10 photos from your gallery. To increase your chance of approval, all photos must be:
+ Original, owned by you+ In .jpeg, .jpg or .png format+ No more than 5MB in size+ Suitable for all ages+ Of good quality+ Clear, not blurred or taken on extreme angles+ Tell us more about your experience in words. Any details will be helpful!

📌 Important Information

Can I transfer my Points from one account to another?

The Points you have earned through an account are exclusive to that account only. This means you won’t be able to transfer Points from one account to another.

It is also not possible to merge several Traveloka accounts into one or to combine Points from different Traveloka accounts.

What will happen to my Points if I refund my booking?

•

If you submit a refund request for your booking, the amount of Pending Points that you have earned from the booking will be deducted automatically.

Please also note that if you use your Points for a booking then decide to refund the booking, your Points will not be returned to your account.

Can Points expire? If so, how long are they valid for?

Points are valid for one (1) year since their activation date. You may check your Points’ status and expiration date in My Points.

Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified customers who are deemed to have violated the promotion terms and conditions or have misused the e-voucher, from using future Traveloka e-vouchers. Misuse of promotion is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of the promotion was in error, fraudulent or done for commercial gains.

Traveloka will not be liable to offer a replacement e-voucher that are discontinued, cancelled, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
