All was fine.

Nice staff, food and room

We stayed in a suite but could hear the person next door snoring to the point that it interfered with our sleep. Not sound proof.

Upon arrival I was upgraded to a better room which was great. Then I started to experience what I feel is a nickel and dime charges. No free coffee in the lobby for guests in the AM. Starbucks at the bar for $4.50 a cup. $12.00 a night for parking in a huge lot. I can understand a fee in a hotel that has limited parking in an urban setting but not this one. When I got home I noticed a fee for $6.25 for catering

Marriot need too improve on there food and dining!!

This is a great hotel if you want a view of pikes peak. It is also just 15 minutes away from Garden of the Gods and 20 from Manitou Springs.

The property was in a perfect location for all of our adventures for our family. The front desk staff, especially Pauline, waiters and bartenders were very kind, professional and courteous. Thank you!

It was nice and easy.

Expedia needs to make it easier to extend stay and hotel instead having to do another separate reservation …. The room was nice but it was handicapped room with Mountain View .

Great location, everything you need in one quiet place with magnificent views of Pikes Peak!

Blood on the sheets in our room. And stains on the couch. Fridge had old brown water in it. Super loud noise coming from the halls all night and in the morning. Couldn’t sleep. Didn’t feel we had privacy. We’re moved to a new room that also had stains all over the couch. The hall leading to the new room smelled terrible.

Such a nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

They classify this as resort but you can’t bring any outside food in, And they charge for parking with no garage Seems like a money grab

Walls are paper thin!! House keepers started banging on my door at 7:30 am to clean. Then came back at 8:45am banging again. Won’t ever stay here again

If you’re looking for great location, this is an excellent choice. Bar/ restaurant has great service. However, everything else about our stay was terrible. Upon arrival, the security lock on our door was broken and hanging off. When asked to have it fixed, the front desk kept telling us they were too busy with other guest. The “engineer” finally arrived with the wrong tools. Toiletries were not stocked up. Old food was left behind the tv from previous guest. Lights didn’t work. We declined cleaning service for the first part of our trip & when we finally requested it, we were told that they were really behind so we didn’t have room service our entire stay. I shared all the feedback with the front desk and all that was said in response was sorry. Super disappointing.

Room was clean and they were very accommodating for my dog and I. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This location was beautiful! Lovely Mountain View. Hiking trail out back. Nice outdoor area. Rooms were nice and clean. AC worked great. Front desk staff were terrific. I would definitely stay here again.
