I didn’t like the parking fee I was charged for without my knowledge. The walls were thin, so we heard noise all evening and night. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast either. The hot items like eggs and potatoes were cold by 9:30. Price was good but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it.

I can’t remember the last hotel i stayed in that housekeeping came during the stay. Not only did she clean room, in fact better than when we arrived, she ( I did ask if it was a she/he) folded my daughters blanket. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of option. Would stay again.

Staff did not provide a copy of the final charge nor have I received any on my email. Do not know if the charges are the same as when reserved thru the booking agent. People traveling with me received a final bill with changes almost doubled from the booking reservation. If need to dispute any added changes in a timely manner I need to be provided a copy of my bill at time of check out.

Bathroom was dirty when I checked in, I cleaned it myself, the seal on the door was busted and broken on the bottom of the door, there were cracks and water damage on the ceilings and the floor had stains and uneven. I stay at Hampton in all the time and that won’t change I just had a rough room this time. The staff was wonderful and friendly!

The staff was amazing

Everyone, and i do mean EVERYONE, was always very friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with the shower, the plumber was there the next morning, and fixed everything. It was very quiet in the room, and the electrically operated window shade made the room quite dark at night (something I really ilke). The location was ideal for my visit.

Hotel is older looking but clean. The bed only had a mattress and no box spring which sat closer to the floor makes it harder for an older person to get out of bed. The counter person at check in wasn’t very pleasant unfortunately. Overall I still would stay there again.

I haven't stayed at this Hampton in years and thought it had been renovated. The room was dirty and the carpet so filthy and spotted I would not lay on it to exercise. I was given two small towels to last 4 days and after 2 days they took the wash clothes without replacing them. Pleasant staff and adequate breakfast.

Clean rooms and friendly front desk.

Badly needs updating and finer touch attention to carpeting, light shades, elevator floor, fan filters, shower heads, toilet stains. Was clean, but badly in need of touch-ups and remodeling. Staff was excellent.
