Efficient staff

Centrally located. The outside pavilion on the grounds is so separated from the building.

We visited Portland for a music festival on Thompsons Point, on a weekend when most places were sold out. We were happy to find a room. It was a decent size, and clean. The bathroom sink was in the hallway instead of behind a closed door, which has pros and cons. The facility wasn't brand new, but well kept. They were digging trenches around the building for some sort of improvement while we were there. The elevator was very slow, so we took the stairs when we weren't carrying luggage. Standard free breakfast was nice to have available. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Very old property. Some renovations are warranted, especially in the bathroom.

The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast options were good. The morning staff was great. My only complaint was that I had reserved an accessible room with a queen bed but they didnt save one for me. Other than that, the place was ok

We were late checking in and greeted professionally and timely. The room was clean and while small, it was all we needed. We had breakfast before we left in the morning. The area was also clean and had lots to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.
