My stay was fine but the cleanliness of the property was a bit disappointing and the presence of the police and for it to be South Florida the pool wasn't in service otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

I did not like this property at all , tv phone vending machines not operating rooms are not acceptable , dents in walls and appliances , hoodlums walking around hotel inside and out , not a feel safe area ,,, we will never stay here again it was a very bad experience

it is dirty i had to go buy some cleaning supplies and clean the room myself for me to be able to stay or sleep there there was also no breakfast provided

Nothing, this place is worthless

This is the most disguising hotel I have ever been. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes and the floors are always very deeply dirty. Staff is very unfriendly. They should update the photos to the most recent state of this place. It seems it was e never cleaned since the photos. Also, there is absolutely NO FREE HEALTHY BREAKFAST as they claim. That is FALSE. They should remove it from the hotel description. The worse staff as well. Very rude people. It’s very unfortunate that Expedia allows these kind of claims.

Hotel all over was filthy. There was pee in the elevator. Service was horrible. Zero food in the free breakfast.

I have actually never stayed in an extended stay before, so i did not know what to expect. It was a little weird that i had to dump my own trash in small grocery bags, bring my linen/towels the reception to get more linen/towels. The smell in the elevator and also in the room was not a good one. I had to take the stairs because the smell was so bad. Im not sure what the smell was in the room but it slapped you in the face as soon as you open the door. The stay was good for what it was but i will not return for another stay!

The woman at check in was one of the nastiest people I have ever dealt with. Fire alarm went off during v the night And as they were putting out breakfast ONE HOUR late. I got yelled at when I took a muffin because I had to leave to get to an appointment Horrible experience

Worst place to stay and even though I explained to Expedia that someone opened my door with another key at 3am in the morning and I felt unsafe. They still never refunded me for the additional 2nights I didn’t end up staying!

The experience was average. I didn’t like the smell in the lobby area and elevator. The room was cozy. However, the bathtub had black spots around the faucet. I’m not sure if it was dirt or mold. Also, there was used underwears (thongs) on one of the top shelves in the closet space area. It was hidden. So, it wasn’t easily noticeable. But I saw it and was disgusted. Front desk wasn’t always available at hours at a time.

Never again.

The property is dirty and poorly managed. My room was dirty ans smelled bad. It didn't have breakfast as stated and the pool was closed the whole time i was there.

OMG I don't know where to start my experience there was horrible I never want to stay there again some of the staff are lazy and careless our key stop working every night when we come back to the hotel pool was out of service the whole time no room service we changed our own bed clean up our self never again¡¡
