I really like The Sandman as it was easy to get to, check in was fast and the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. The onlybdownside was that there was not enough seating. It was a little chilly to dit at the pool tables. Other than that, it was great.

Easy check in! Lots of parking. The room we paid for had a little kitchen which was very convinient with the extra sink. The bathroom's sink is outside the toilet/shower, which was very convient. It's very nice that there is a pool, but we didn't have time to use it. The breakfast was nice!

Never got a room. We had a reservation but arrived very late (after 12 a.m. because my husband had just been discharged from Emergency at Memorial) and we were told there was no way we could be checked in since the front desk could not get into the computer. So we had to find another hotel. At 12:30 a.m. We did have a refund approved so I do thank you for that. But turning away a couple of 80-year-olds at that hour particularly after one had endured the emergency room just seems mean.

Room nice and spacious. Seems family friendly, saw lots of kids with parents/ grandparents and pets. Great breakfast option. Loved the place. Would recommend it to others.

Very old, nowhere, bad location. Looks like motel and it’s totally not a hotel. Very bad smell . Very bad everything !

Nice option for us as we were attending a show at The Luther Burbank Center. Close proximity to the freeway and to local restaurants and stores.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Sandman Hotel. Room was clean and in very good condition, refrigerator and microwave worked, and bed was comfortable. Five stars!

Such an awesome place

The room was really cute. It had a weird smell, we assumed it was us after having spent the entire day at the river. The smell did not dissipate. The following morning, I asked for house keeping as it is only offered every three days during the stay. When we returned from the day out, housekeeping did not come. The smell was worse. We tried opening the windows and in doing so, the blinds broke. We called the front desk and after two hours, and me having to physically go to the front desk, we got a sheet that was put over the window. The following morning, I went back to the front desk, requesting house keeping and maintenance for the broken blinds. We were gone all day, returned to a room that was tidied up, but the blinds still broken, sheet covering the window and that weird smell. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but mostly because we were only in the room to sleep. We visit Sonoma county often, but will not be booking here again.
