The customer service manager and the entire customer service team were great. Shout out to the customer service manager that organized a tour of Carthage for me; an unforgettable experience!
I understand saving energy costs, but the room was never really cool due to the fact they don't cool the rooms prior to a guest's arrival and you always need to leave your room key in the slot in order to maintain power. I was rarely comfortable in my room as a result.
The pool is glorious and the buffet breakfasts while repetitive were nutrious, varied and delicious.
