Overall stay was good but odd policy of one towel and wash cloth a day and had to ask for more even though it was a 4 day stay. You should not make your guest have to come to front desk daily for new towel.

The room was good except that the shower and the bath tub spout ran at the same time which flooded the bat the bathtub i asked for a first for a unit.And they refused to give me one because it was a third party . I know I ask xfinity for a bottom floor.

Was an awesome stay while we were at a softball tournament! Staff was great and we felt safe the whole time!!

Hotel is in a nice location…a short drive to downtown Traverse City. The hotel could use some updating.

Everything was wonderful and quiet

I was in traverse city on a weekend where there were not a lot of hotel rooms available, so I felt lucky to get this one. It was clean, the staff was very kind, and the pool is good. The walls are thin, and the rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in this category of hotel. All in all, it was good for what it is and the staff were so friendly.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The employees were nice and gave suggestions on places to visit while in town.

The room was very humid— more humid than it was outside. The sheets felt wet and our towels never dried because of how humid it was. We could also hear the neighbors tv through the wall.

The staff were very professional, friendly and aways has a smile. Room as expected However, lodge advertised having a hot tub but there were no jets. Basically was a small pool with hot water. No jets, appeared as if they had been closed off.
